I treat many clients who struggle with OCD and I utilize Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).

Co-occurring disorders that I treat include depression, trauma, panic attacks, eating disorders, insomnia, and relationship/marital discord through couples counseling.

I have been trained at Mind Body Health, LLC in the treatment of OCD and OCD Spectrum Disorders. I have been seeing clients and treatment OCD for over 6 years. I primarily use Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), but also bring in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) when appropriate.
