My practice focuses on 1:1 therapy for adolescents and adults who struggle with OCD and anxiety disorders. ~75% of my client base have OCD and are receiving ERP and ACT with me.

I worked in IOP and PHP OCD/ Anxiety programs at Rogers Behavioral Health in Miami, FL from 2021-2023. I received regular ERP trainings as well as weekly supervision. I received training for ERP there and fell in love with OCD treatment. I have since transitioned into private practice and primarily work with individual who struggle with OCD and anxiety disorders.
