Narrative of Services:

My practice is dedicated primarily to the assessment and treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders. I work with adults using evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have treated numerous individuals with OCD across outpatient, university counseling, group practice, and private practice settings. In addition to individual therapy, I offer OCD skills groups and therapy intensives for OCD and anxiety-related concerns.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

When anxiety occurs alongside OCD, treatment is guided by a careful assessment to determine how the conditions interact. Therapy primarily focuses on OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and/or Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), while incorporating evidence-based strategies for anxiety when appropriate. Treatment is individualized, collaborative, and designed to help clients reduce avoidance, build tolerance for uncertainty, and develop lasting skills that support recovery across both OCD and anxiety symptoms.

Training Description:

I have specialized training and clinical experience treating OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I completed the ERP School training program developed by Kimberley Quinlan, LMFT, and previously served on the specialized OCD Team at Integrative Health Consultants, where I treated individuals with OCD under supervision within a dedicated OCD team. I continue to pursue advanced education in evidence-based OCD treatment to ensure my practice reflects current best practices.

Treatment Groups:

**OCD Skills Group** (Closed Virtual Group) – A six-session, therapist-led group for adults with OCD. Learn practical skills from Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) to better understand OCD, reduce compulsions, and respond differently to intrusive thoughts. Sessions include psychoeducation, discussion, and between-session practice. Meets weekly for 75 minutes, Fridays 8/7/26 to 9/11/26 from 1:15pm-2:30pm. This group complements, but does not replace, individual therapy. Private pay: $90 per session.
