Narrative of Services:

The majority of my professional focus revolves around addressing OCD and perfectionism, constituting 75% of my total caseload. This involves treating co-occurring disorders such as depression, dysthymia, PTSD, social anxiety, and generalized anxiety disorder.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I specialize in treating OCD, anxiety, trauma & perfectionism. I adopt an integrative approach, drawing from the rich foundations of acceptance & commitment and cognitive-behavioral therapies along with ERP or CPT for a comprehensive approach.

Training Description:

I have five years of specialized training in OCD, including an externship, pre-doctoral, and post-doctoral fellowship at the Center for Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy in New York and workshops on Inhibitory Learning Model of OCD. My unique focus lies with a particular emphasis on Pure-O and perfectionism.
