Currently, my practice is approximately 70% OCD, OCD-related disorders, BFRBs, and Anxiety-related disorders. I am a Star Behavioral Health provider for military populations.
I hold three master’s degrees in Educational Psychology, Counseling and Psychotherapy, and Clinical Social Work. I’ve completed trainings in OCD, OCD-related disorders, and anxiety disorders through the Center for Deployment Psychology, Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Institute, Massachusetts General Hospital Psychiatry Academy, and Trichotillomania Learning Center (TLC). I’ve been treating OCD since 2020.
I specialize in working with military populations; both active-duty, retired, and families. I am a military Star Provider and Tricare provider. I am also a military spouse, mother, and daughter. I have extensive training and experience in working with military populations, including active duty referrals, and have worked in New Mexico with indigenous and LatinX individuals.
My license requires regular training and continuing education in the area of diversity.
