I provide evidence based treatment for OCD and related disorders using ERP, CBT, and ACT. Approximately 40% of my clients have OCD or an OC related disorder.

I work with clients experiencing ARFID, Body-Dysmorphic Disorder, and other OCD and anxiety related disorders including depression and trauma.

Postdoctoral fellowship at Seattle Psychology was focused on treating OCD, anxiety and related disorders. I participated in training workshops through IOCDF and was a member of Dr. Storch’s pediatric consultation group. I currently lead an OCD consultation group in Seattle and have treated patients with OCD for the last 4 years. I am also a trained SPACE provider.
