I provide virtual and in-person assessment and therapy for adults struggling with anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, body focused repetitive behaviors, depression, and PTSD. I am passionate about helping clients become free from the restraints of OCD and helping them engage more meaningfully in their lives. On average, OCD accounts for approximately 40% to 50% of my caseload.
I use an integrated approach that involves exposure and response prevention (ERP) alongside acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to treat OCD. Regarding co-occurring disorders (i.e., anxiety disorders and/or mood disorders), I also offer elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and third wave cognitive behavioral therapies.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Ontario (Canada). I graduated in 2022 with a PhD in Psychology (Clinical). I have worked at various settings (correctional facilities, hospitals, university clinics) during my various practicums and residency. While completing my residency, I began working in private practice in 2019 at Archways Centre for CBT. I have attended various conferences, seminars, and workshops dedicated to the assessment and treatment of OCD and related disorders.
