Mariah Ramirez LMHC
We provide specialized treatment for OCD, OC related disorders, and anxiety disorders. More than 90% of our clientele struggle with these diagnoses.
Mariah specialized in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders at Rogers Behavioral Health, where she led both Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs. She treated complex cases of OCD, anxiety, and depression, and played a key role in developing a milieu-based OCD program now used across the Rogers system—expanding access to care and advancing innovative treatment models.
Our practice is in Tampa, Florida, a diverse metropolitan area. The clinic is located in a central part of the city therefore we treat a very diverse clientele.
Mariah earned her B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida in a diverse metropolitan area. Her clinical training included rotations at Tampa General Hospital, James A. Haley VA, and the Salvation Army, where she worked with diverse populations across various levels of care.
We provide a free virtual support group for anyone regardless of where they live on the first Wednesday of every month at 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm EST. If you are interested in attending the support group, please email Natalie Noel, LMHC. A link will be emailed to all participants. Support groups are offered to individuals ages 18+.
Disclaimer
Please be aware that this is a support group, not a treatment group. We will not conduct assessments or diagnoses for you or your family members. It is assumed that you have already been diagnosed with or are receiving treatment for OCD. In the group, we will focus on strategies for managing OCD, handling family accommodations, exploring treatment options, and practicing self-care. Participants are encouraged to provide support, compassion, and encouragement to one another.
