I specialize in evidence-based treatment for anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, and related disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. I seek to provide state of the art, compassionate services including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with an emphasis on exposure and response prevention (ERP).
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
Co-occuring sleep related problems, often using behavioral strategies including CBT-i.
I specialize in evidence-based treatment for anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, and related disorders, in children and adolescents. I have additional experience working with children experiencing a number of co-occurring disorders including Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, sleep-related problems, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. My training with OCD began at the Binghamton Anxiety Clinic, at Binghamton University-SUNY. After completing my doctoral internship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine I completed a fellowship in child and adolescent anxiety disorders through Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle.
