Aiden Reis LMHC
About 75% of my current practice is working with those experiencing OCD or Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors.
If you are wanting support with OCD, anxiety, panic, or phobias I am happy to help. I enjoy working with those who are autistic and or ADHD. I also have experience with hair-pulling and skin-picking.
I have received advance training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I have spent 5+ years working with clients experiencing OCD.
I have received training in neurodivergent-affirming practice and specialize in supporting autistic people experiencing OCD. I am LGBTQ-positive and have received training in gender-affirming care as well as related letter writing. I have experience working with clients who are coping with chronic medical conditions. I see the ways that the stress and self-doubt that can come with being a member of a non-dominant group can absolutely contribute to OCD.
