Narrative of Services:

With over 20 years as a therapist, I have been treating individuals with OCD, mood and anxiety disorders at UCLA for the past 10 years; first as a psychologist at the UCLA Counseling Center working with students, and more recently as a psychologist at the UCLA Adult OCD Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program. I received extensive training by the UCLA OCD treatment team, directed by Jamie Feusner, MD, IOCDF Scientific & Clinical Advisory Board member, and in treatment of OCD, hair-pulling and skin-picking by Charles Mansueto, PhD, member of the Scientific and Clinical Advisory Board of the IOCDF.

I also treat anxiety and mood disorders.

Training Description:

I am a therapist and clinical supervisor at the UCLA Adult OCD Intensive outpatient treatment program providing individual and group therapy for OCD and related disorders, and treat adults with anxiety, OCD and trauma, in my private practice in Beverly Hills. My treatment focus is mostly on OCD, trauma-related OCD, anxiety and mood disorders. I provide Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and use Emotion focused therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) as adjunct treatments. One of my strengths is working with families and significant others in assisting the recovery of their loved ones.
