Narrative of Services:

I am currently a therapist at the UCLA Adult OCD Intensive outpatient treatment program providing individual and group therapy (cognitive group, didactic group) to adults with OCD and related disorders, and supervision to our behavioral coaches. In my private practice in Beverly Hills, I see mostly adults with OCD and anxiety disorders. I provide Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) blended with Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT).

I also treat anxiety and mood disorders.

Training Description:

I have been treating individuals with OCD, mood and anxiety disorders in UCLA settings since 2010; first as a psychologist at UCLA Counseling and Psychological Services working with students, and more recently as a staff psychologist and behavioral therapist at the UCLA Adult OCD Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program. I attended a workshop about treatment of OCD and related disorders by Charles Mansueto, PhD, and received additional training at the UCLA OCD treatment program by their senior treatment team.

I have a wide experience working with diverse populations, including LGBT, cultural and racial minorities. I am multilingual in Spanish and Portuguese.
