Narrative of Services:

I am a therapist and clinical supervisor at the UCLA Adult OCD Intensive outpatient treatment program treating OCD and related disorders, and treat adults with OCD, anxiety, mood disorders and trauma, in my private practice in Beverly Hills. I provide Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) as adjunct treatments. One of my strengths is in treating severe OCD and working with families in assisting the recovery of their loved ones. I focus 75% of my practice on OCD and related disorders.

I also treat Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic disorder, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Trauma and PTSD.

Training Description:

I have over 20 years of clinical experience, and have been treating individuals with OCD, anxiety and mood disorders at UCLA for the past 10 years; first as a staff psychologist at the UCLA Counseling Center working with students, and more recently at the UCLA Adult OCD Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program treating severe OCD. I received extensive training by the UCLA OCD treatment team directed by Jamie Feusner, MD, IOCDF Scientific & Clinical Advisory Board member, and in the treatment of OCD, hair-pulling and skin-picking by Charles Mansueto, PhD, member of the Scientific and Clinical Advisory Board of the IOCDF.
