The DFW Center for OCD & Anxiety offers individual and group therapy for individuals across the lifespan struggling with OCD and/or OC Related Disorders. Approximately 85% of cases seen in the clinic are diagnosed with OCD or OC Related Disorders.
When anxiety disorders co-occur with OCD, I often integrate treatment rather than address each separately. ERP serves as the primary framework, with exposure hierarchies designed to target both presentations simultaneously. I use concepts from ACT to address overlapping avoidance patterns and psychoeducation to support clients in distinguishing OCD-driven fear from generalized or panic-based anxiety.
I have completed training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure Response Prevention through the Cognitive Behavior Institute, OCD Training School, and NOCD.
I am also trained in Comprehensive Behavioral Treatment (ComB) for BFRBs.
