I have my LCSW and have been in the field since 2001. In addition to OCD, I mainly treat anxiety disorders including GAD, social anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, and illness anxiety disorder. I utilize ACT, ERP, and CBT as my primary treatment methods. 75% of my client are diagnosed with some type of an anxiety disorder. I also specialize in trauma/PTSD.

I regularly attend workshops and consultation groups to use ERP and ACT in my practice. I have advanced training through the IOCDF BTTI treating OCD. I have attended two annual IOCDF conferences.
