Narrative of Services:
I am a clinical psychologist who practices cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with children, adolescents, and adults through individual, family, and group therapy. I work for Morris Psychological Group, PA, a group of expertly trained mental health professionals who adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, training, and leadership. The types of problems I most commonly see include (but are not limited to): stress, depression, adjustment problems, parenting issues, OCD, anxiety disorders, behavioral disorders, and relationship problems.
Instructed in the use of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Habit Reversal Training during graduate training at Nova Southeastern University. Earned my PsyD in 1996. Started doing some reading on treating OCD including “Stop Obsessing” by Foa and Wilson, “Mastery of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder” by Foa, and “Treatment of OCD in Children and Adolescents” by Aureen Pinto-Wagner. Completed an OCD training course on March 1, 2008, as well as the IOCDF’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) in February 2010. I have been treating patients with OCD or OC related disorders for approximately 10 years.
