Narrative of Services:

My practice specializes in treating OCD and OC-related disorders, which make up approximately 50% of my caseload. I have treated over 75 individuals with OCD and related concerns, using evidence-based approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Treatment is tailored to address each client’s unique symptoms, build resilience, and support long-term recovery.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I treat co-occurring disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, autism, and ADHD. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and psychodynamic insights to address both conditions simultaneously. Treatment is structured around developing emotional regulation, cognitive flexibility, and self-awareness while targeting specific symptoms through tailored interventions. Collaboration, goal setting, and regular progress reviews are central to my work.

Training Description:

I have several years of experience treating individuals with OCD and related disorders. My training includes specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), ongoing clinical consultation with senior clinicians, and advanced coursework in cognitive-behavioral therapy for anxiety disorders. I have consistently integrated psychodynamic, ERP, ACT, and CBT frameworks in my work and stay current with best practices through continuing education and professional development focused on OCD and anxiety treatment.

Diversity Statement:

I work with people from all different backgrounds. I take the time to listen and learn about each person’s unique experiences, and I do my best to create a space where they feel comfortable, respected, and truly understood.

I have completed formal training in cultural competency through graduate coursework, continuing education, and specialized workshops focused on working with diverse populations. My clinical experience includes supporting clients from a wide range of racial, ethnic, religious, and LGBTQIA+ backgrounds. I approach each client with cultural humility, curiosity, and a commitment to understanding their unique lived experiences. Ongoing learning and self-reflection are central to how I continue growing in this area.
