I offer compassionate, evidence-based care. Exposure and Response prevention (ERP) is the mainstay of my treatment for individuals diagnosed with OCD. Additionally, I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) when appropriate and have fluency with other CBT treatments such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My fluency with other evidence-based treatments allows for a treatment plan that is tailored to each individual’s needs. Above all, I aim to create a space where hard work can be done in the context of genuine compassion and connection.

I completed a year-long outpatient rotation at the OCD Center at LIJ Zucker Hillside Hospital during my doctoral internship year. I received training in Exposure and Response prevention and worked with individuals diagnosed with OCD, BDD and perfectionism as well as co-morbid disorders. In my post-doctoral year, I worked in a group practice where approximately 1/3 of my clients carried a diagnosis of OCD and I received supervision from a senior CBT trained psychologist.
