I utilize ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) with ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to treat clients with OCD. About 30% of my caseload is in treatment for OCD, the remainder are seeking treatment for anxiety-related disorders such as panic disorder, agoraphobia, generalized anxiety and/or trauma recovery.

Treatment for co-occurring disorders includes interoceptive exposures for panic disorder and emphasis on values orientation in all treatment approaches.

I have been treating clients experiencing OCD since 2022 and received my formal OCD treatment training through attending the BTTI (Behavior Therapy Training Institute) through the IOCDF in 2025. I attend local trainings on OCD and OCD-related disorders, and consult with other clinicians treating OCD to ensure ethical practice standards.
