Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma
My expertise comprises several clinical training programs in evidence-based treatments, including a post-graduate fellowship at The Reeds Center – Treatment of Anxiety, OCD, and Related Disorders, where I gained clinical experience and supervision delivering exposure and response prevention (ERP), habit reversal therapy (HRT), trauma-informed treatments such as STAIR-NT and CPT, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Additionally, I studied and trained at The Center for Prolonged Grief at Columbia University, the Evidence-Based Practice Institute of Seattle, The International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), and The Westchester Center for the Study of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy (WCSPP).
As a mental health clinician, my work aims to provide adults and older adolescents with comprehensive clinical care that considers the multifaceted aspects of an individual’s life, including cultural, racial, sexual, and social identities. I offer a safe and supportive environment to help you process your experiences and cultivate the next steps in your life.
Collaborating with you to understand your perspective is essential. Our work together will explore the various aspects of your life and the impact your concerns have had in those areas while also addressing goals and changes you would like to achieve.
