Narrative of Services:
Anxiety Institute specializes in treating OCD and related disorders, with approximately 40% of its practice dedicated to these conditions. Using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we provide intensive outpatient and specialized therapy for teens and young adults. Our treatment is grounded in research and delivered by clinicians with advanced training in OCD. We offer personalized, compassionate care designed to help clients achieve meaningful progress, reduce symptoms, and reclaim their lives.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
Treatment for co-occurring disorders such as Anxiety, Depression, and Avoidant Restrictive Intake Disorder (ARFID).
Training Description:
Stacy Santacroce brings over 20 years of clinical leadership in treating OCD and anxiety disorders. Her specialized training includes Yale Child Study Center’s SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) program, Eating Disorders and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) training, Psychopharmacological Treatment for Anxiety and OCD, and certification as a Level One Unified Protocol (UP) clinician. She has completed advanced clinical practice training in evidence-based approaches including CBT, ERP, and ACT. At Anxiety Institute, Stacy provides clinical oversight and direct treatment for adolescents and young adults with OCD and related disorders, supervising clinicians across intensive outpatient and specialized therapy programs.
