Children, teens, and adults can participate in therapy techniques to help them learn effective strategies for dealing with their OCD and related disorders. This has been a treatment specialty for the practice since it opened. Since every individual’s situation is different, skills for addressing issues that co-occur with OCD are taught as well. If the idea of ERP is too overwhelming for you or your child, other approaches such as ACT can be utilized.
Through doctorate-level graduate school training, volunteering, internship experiences, and continued participation in professional workshops to this day, I have a foundation in using CBT, ERP, ACT, and other behavioral approaches to help people who are struggling with OCD and OCD Spectrum Disorders. I have been in practice for 15+ years.
