Narrative of Services:

At Lotus Counselling, our dedicate team of therapists primarily focuses on OCD and related disorders. We employ traditional treatment such as CBT and ERP for OCD and enhance with ACT and Rumination Focused ERP for a more comprehensive and in-depth approach. Over our tenure, we’ve treated individuals battling OCD and related disorders including perinatal OCD and anxiety as well as OCD with complex co-morbidities. We prioritize regular supervision, collaborative consultations, and progressive training, ensuring we remain at the forefront of OCD research and therapeutic advancements.

Training Description:

I am a psychotherapist with a decade of experience in mental health and both a passion and specialization in OCD. While completing my master’s in psychotherapy, I honed a deep focus on OCD, ensuring a nuanced understanding of its intricacies and unique challenges. Committed to continuous learning, I’ve expanded my expertise beyond traditional ERP, embracing innovative modalities like Rumination Focused ERP and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to further enhance the treatment I offer. My approach is a fusion of time-tested techniques and groundbreaking methods, tailored to support and empower individuals on their journey towards wellness.
