I provide teletherapy (virtual sessions) to adults, offering accessible and flexible care from the comfort of a client’s chosen environment. Approximately half of my practice focuses on treating adults with OCD and OC-related disorders, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). The remainder of my practice includes treating generalized anxiety, panic disorder, health-related anxiety, and other anxiety-related conditions. My approach is collaborative, skills-focused, and tailored to each individual’s needs, with the goal of helping clients achieve lasting improvement in their quality of life.
Three years of experience treating adults with OCD. Trained in ACT, ERP, I-CBT, and Metacognitive Therapy through multiple specialized workshops. Completed IOCDF BTTI training. Engage in ongoing professional development, including monthly individual consultation and monthly ERP/I-CBT consultation groups.
The majority of my career has been dedicated to working in public mental health and substance use settings, providing care to marginalized and underserved communities. I value justice-informed treatment approaches that recognize and address the systemic factors impacting mental health.
As a social worker with over 25 years of experience, I have pursued ongoing education through numerous workshops focused on cultural competence and equity in care. My commitment is to create an environment where every client feels seen, respected, and understood—regardless of background, identity, or life experience.
