I provide Child, Adolescent, Adult, and Family Psychotherapy. I treat OCD, Anxiety, Trauma, and Other Related Disorders, including Co-Occurring Conditions.
I have been treating OCD since 2017, and a majority of my clients in my practice have OCD.
Co-occurring disorders treated may include:
Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder, Separation Anxiety, Phobias, Social Anxiety, Illness Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety, Agoraphobia, PTSD, Depression and more.
The therapeutic and theoretical approaches that I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Comprehensive Behavioral Model (ComB), and Habit Reversal Training (HRT).
I value using evidence-based practices as well as staying current on modalities by attending trainings and participating in consultations.
My work in this profession is deeply committed to issues of equity, inclusion, and diversity and it will continue to be an ever-evolving, life-long journey. I have had the opportunity to work with people from respective diverse backgrounds, cultural experiences, across different ages of groups, socio-economic backgrounds, and various walks of life. I value being an advocate to others and helping people navigate systems of oppression.
