Narrative of Services:
I treat adults and older adolescents (high school) with OCD. Treating individuals with OCD comprises 60-70% of my clinical work, with the remaining 30-40% being treatment of individuals with other anxiety disorders. I primarily use ERP to treat OCD, and integrate ACT principles into my work. I am licensed in PA, but am a PsyPact provider with the ability to see clients in PsyPact member states.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
When clients are experiencing symptoms of co-occurring anxiety or mood disorders, I work with the client to assess which symptoms – those of OCD or those of another disorder – are most impairing, and generally target those first. For anxiety disorders, I typically use ACT-enhanced exposure therapy. For mood disorders, I typically use ACT with a heavy emphasis on behavioral activation
Training Description:
I received my PsyD from Xavier University in 2021, and completed my pre-doctoral internship at Penn Medicine Princeton Health. I completed my post-doctoral fellowship in exposure therapy for OCD and anxiety disorders at the Center for Anxiety & Behavior Therapy (CABT), where I am now a Staff Psychologist and also take part in teaching for CABT’s ERP workshops.
