Narrative of Services:

I specialize in working with high-achieving professionals struggling with OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. More than half my caseload is devoted to treating OCD, including themes such as relationship OCD, persistent “big picture” worries about life or meaning, mental compulsions, harm obsessions, and contamination fears. I also help clients navigate generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and chronic self-doubt. I blend Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and self-compassion practices to support clients in loosening anxiety’s grip so they can feel more present, connected, and confident in their daily lives.

Training Description:

I have over a decade of clinical experience, with specialized training in treating OCD and anxiety disorders. My background includes extensive work with high-achieving professionals, college students, business owners, and other therapists. I’ve completed advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for anxiety and perfectionism, and other evidence-based approaches. While my current focus is on OCD and anxiety, I also have experience supporting clients with co-occurring concerns such as body image distress and body dysmorphic disorder.

Diversity Statement:

I strive to create a therapy space where people of all backgrounds—regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, country of origin, or socioeconomic status—feel respected, valued, and safe to be fully themselves. My approach is grounded in cultural humility, feminist therapy, and an awareness of how intersecting identities and systems of power shape mental health. While my practice is affirming and inclusive for all, I have particular experience supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community, including running support groups and helping clients in seeking gender-affirming care.
