Elaina P. Servidio PsyD
My approach flexibly draws from extensive training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and I often incorporate mindfulness strategies and acceptance-based interventions into my work. My style is warm, authentic, collaborative and goal oriented. My practice offers outpatient treatment options. I provide individual therapy, parenting consultation, and family therapy. I can provide once a week services or more intensive options (2-3x/week). I can see clients both virtually or in person in Rye, NY. I work with individuals across the lifespan (i.e. 9 years old through adulthood).
I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychological from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University, where I was extensively trained in CBT. I saw adult clients in our community based clinic and conducted ERP with several clients diagnosed with OCD or related disorders. I trained and worked at Cognitive and Behavioral Consultants (CBC) for over 6 years, where I received specialized training in CBT and worked with clients across the lifespan diagnosed with anxiety and OCD and related disorders. Together with Dr. Lata McGinn, I developed an intensive CBT exposure group for Young Adults.
