Narrative of Services:

Dr. Sheftel provides individual therapy for OCD and/or OC Related disorders. She also frequently works with the family and loved ones of individuals struggling with OCD and/or OC Related disorders. In this work she guides the family or loved one in how to interact in ways that are supportive of recovery.

Dr. Sheftel is comfortable and competent in working with people from diverse backgrounds.

Dr. Sheftel is currently able to provide telehealth in the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, & Virginia
