Narrative of Services:

Evanston Anxiety Clinic is a specialized ‘step-up’ destination for high-performing adults who have plateaued in generalized therapy or high-volume OCD platforms. Approximately 90% of my practice is dedicated to OCD and OC-Related disorders. Having treated hundreds of individuals since 2016, I provide a rigorous, technical approach to behavioral change. By targeting the mechanical ‘biological loops’ of OCD, I offer the clinical intensity required to restore high-level functioning. I integrate ERP with PRT and CBT-I to address the complex somatic-cognitive presentations that standard care often misses.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety that co-occurs with chronic neuroplastic pain and insomnia. High-performing professionals frequently experience these somatic misfires simultaneously due to a generalized overactive threat response. Where appropriate, I actively integrate Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD alongside Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). This framework allows us to systematically interrupt the biological loops at both the cognitive and somatic levels, delivering a comprehensive behavioral reset rather than fragmented, passive care

Training Description:

I earned my PsyD from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and have been in specialized practice since 2016. My clinical foundation includes intensive training within the Veterans Health Administration (VA), followed by a post-doctoral fellowship at Heritage Professional Associates and specialized OCD training at the Portland Anxiety Clinic. I am a graduate of the IOCDF Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) and hold certifications in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and CBT-I. This allows me to address complex, high-acuity presentations in professionals using a technical, evidence-based framework.

Diversity Statement:

Cultural nuances dictate how biological loops and intrusive thoughts manifest. My practice serves a diverse demographic of high-performing professionals across 40+ states via PSYPACT. I approach clinical work with cultural humility, recognizing that identity, background, and systemic factors fundamentally shape one’s relationship with anxiety and OCD. Whether navigating professional pressures in global corporate hubs or religious scrupulosity within specific traditions, I provide tailored, evidence-based care that respects each client’s unique cultural lens. I maintain high clinical intensity while ensuring the treatment framework is relevant to the individual’s specific lived experience and values.

My clinical foundation at The Chicago School and the Veterans Health Administration involved serving diverse populations with complex comorbidities. I gained extensive experience in substance rehabilitation at Miami-Dade County and worked with neurodivergent individuals at Advocate Illinois Masonic. This background informs my current work with high-performers across 42 PSYPACT states. I utilize cultural humility to ensure evidence-based protocols like ERP and PRT are tailored to each client’s identity, recognizing how systemic factors shape the manifestation of anxiety and OCD.
