Narrative of Services:

I provide private-pay, trauma-informed therapy and consultation to high-achieving professionals navigating burnout, OCD, moral injury, and identity-related distress. While OCD-related disorders are not the majority of my caseload, I have treated individuals with scrupulosity, health-related OCD, and intrusive thoughts often co-occurring with perfectionism and professional exhaustion. I offer a shame-sensitive, ethics-informed approach for physicians, attorneys, and healthcare workers seeking confidential care outside of insurance-based systems.

Training Description:

I am a licensed psychologist with advanced training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), ERP, and clinical ethics. I completed my PhD at Oklahoma State University and my postdoctoral fellowship at an academic medical center, where I treated OCD-spectrum conditions including contamination fears, intrusive sexual and moral obsessions, and health anxiety. I have also received training in cultural humility, ACT-based ERP, and have consulted on cases involving complex OCD in medical professionals. My clinical work integrates evidence-based protocols with deep ethical sensitivity.

Diversity Statement:

My practice centers healthcare professionals, many of whom hold marginalized identities within their institutions. I have experience supporting LGBTQ+ providers, first-generation physicians, and clients navigating cultural stigma around mental health. I offer a judgment-free, respectful space where complexity is welcomed and moral nuance is explored.

My graduate education included formal training in multicultural counseling, and I completed continuing education on anti-oppressive practice and trauma across cultural contexts. I have provided therapy in diverse settings, including community clinics, academic hospitals, and telehealth with clients in over 40 states. I remain committed to lifelong learning around identity, power, and intersectionality.
