Phil Shnaider Ph.D., C. Psych.
Dr. Shnaider completed his residency and began his career at the Anxiety Treatment and Research Clinic at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton. Over his time at this clinic, Dr. Shnaider provided assessment and treatment to over a hundred individuals with OCD. He has provided treatment via individual and group therapy, as well as supported individuals in maintaining their gains after receiving an effective course of therapy. In his private practice, Dr. Shnaider continues provided treatment for individuals with OCD and related disorders.
In addition to providing exposure and response prevention for OCD, Dr. Shnaider provide evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapy to individuals with co-occurring disorders such as anxiety disorders, depression, and posttraumatic stress disorder.
Dr. Phil Shnaider has extensive training and experience in the treatment of OCD and related disorders. He completed his residency at the Anxiety Treatment and Research Clinic at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, where he went on to work as a Staff Psychologist and Clinic Manager. He has trained and supervised psychology and psychiatry residents in providing treatment for OCD and related conditions.
