Narrative of Services:

Within my group private practice (The Psychological Health Collaborative), I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment of anxiety, tics/Tourette’s, OCD and related compulsive disorders for children through young adults. At least half of my practice is dedicated to treating OCD, while the other half consists of anxiety, tic and other habit/compulsive conditions. I work collaboratively with families as well as other providers when needed. I employ ERP, ACT, CBIT and SPACE techniques to bring about effective and meaningful relief from symptoms.

Training Description:

My doctoral training focused on CBT and evidence-based treatments for pediatric populations. Post-doctoral fellowship included specific training on treating OCD with ERP, as well as HRT for habit/compulsive disorders. I’ve been treating youth with OCD for 10+ years. Specialized supervision of OCD cases with founder of the OCD Institute for Children at McLean Hospital. Completed BTTI certification for treatment of pediatric OCD (2023). Attended training for Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) in 2015. Completed Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) training in 2023. Regular attendance of ICODF and Tourette’s annual conferences.

Treatment Groups:

The Psychological Health Collaborative offers groups for parents whose children struggle with anxiety and OCD. SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), is a parent-based treatment program for children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD, and related difficulties. This evidence-based program works primarily with parents and leads to significant reductions in the child’s anxiety symptoms (the child does not need to attend). In person and virtual group options available.
