In addition to traditional outpatient services, I offer an expedited treatment model (two full days of 1-1 ERP) for individuals who are looking to make rapid progress toward overcoming OCD. These sessions are held exclusively on weekends and federal holidays to accommodate busy professional and academic schedules.

I specialize in the use of evidence-based treatments for anxiety and related disorders. I have training in transdiagnostic exposure therapy, CBIT, and CPT.

I attended my first training in exposure therapy for anxiety and OCD in 2017. Since then, I have specialized in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and related disorders. My expertise is built on rigorous graduate and postdoctoral training, including a 2022 intensive four-day ERP training through CBI.

As a staff psychologist at Stress and Anxiety Services of NJ, I contributed to the field by presenting on the clinical theory of ERP for an APA-approved CE webinar series.
