If thoughts, feelings, and urges are getting in the way of living your life—you’re not alone. I specialize in helping people just like you. My practice is based on cutting-edge research and treatment modalities that have been proven to get results. Using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we’ll work together to help you get unstuck.

I regularly meet with patients outside of the office to help deal with the anxiety that comes up in real-life situations, and can provide intensive treatment up to 6 days a week when needed.

Training Description:

Dr. Dustin Siegel is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in treating anxiety and related disorders in both adults and children. A graduate of the University of Hartford, Dr. Siegel completed his internship at Clemson University before working as a postdoctoral Fellow at the Anxiety Treatment Center. He is a graduate of both the OCD Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) and the Tourette Syndrome Behavior Therapy Institute (TS-BTI). He has extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal (HR), Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics.
