Narrative of Services:

Dr. Siegel specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, and mood disorders. After the initial assessment, each patient receives an individualized treatment plan aimed at identifying and addressing the ways their anxiety currently interferes with their lives. Sessions take place in the setting most conducive to a patient’s anxiety, and may include home and/or school. More frequent sessions and intensive treatment is available for patients who require a higher level of care.

Dr. Dustin Siegel is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in treating anxiety and related disorders using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). A graduate of the University of Hartford, Dr. Siegel completed his internship at Clemson University before working as a postdoctoral Fellow at the Anxiety Treatment Center. He is a graduate of both the OCD Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) and the Tourette Syndrome Behavior Therapy Institute (TS-BTI).
