Narrative of Services:

Approximately one-quarter of my caseload consists of clients with OCD or related conditions. I offer services via tele-therapy, in-person sessions, and hybrid formats. My approach integrates ACT, CBT, exposure therapy, family support and strengths based approaches tailored to each client’s needs. I have specific experience and training in perinatal mental health as well.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Using a warm and eclectic approach, I support clients with co-occurring disorders through evidence based modalities of ACT, CBT, ERP and strengths based approaches. I tailor my approach to best fit each client individual needs, and help support values aligned behavioral changes. In the therapeutic alliance we work to both build skills to support resiliency and process complex feelings and emotions.

Training Description:

I have over 5 years of experience treating OCD and related disorders, including completion of an extensive training in OCD and ERP, ACT and perinatal mental health. I participate in a monthly complex anxiety and women’s health consultation group to deepen my clinical understanding and stay current with evidence-based practices. My ongoing work emphasizes culturally responsive care, incorporating ERP, ACT, and CBT in treating OCD presentations across diverse populations.
