Jennifer Siegel MD

I am an ivy-league trained medical doctor specializing in the treatment of OCD, OCD-related disorders, and anxiety-spectrum disorders. I have additional expertise in treating college/graduate students, healthcare providers, working professionals, and those new to medications (and am passionate about psychoeducation of medications). My private practice offers medication management, diagnostic consulting, and/or therapy-based services (ERP) tailored to individual needs via a holistic approach. In addition to my private practice, I have experiencing working as a psychiatrist in an IOP/PHP for OCD in Los Angeles.

I obtained my medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania with additional training in CBT for OCD through Harvard. I have treated several patients at USC with OCD via medication management, individual ERP therapy for OCD, and OCD group therapy. I have been an invited lecturer to discuss medication management at multiple OCD SoCal events, presented research at IOCDF, have given several evidence-based psychopharmacology lectures regarding medication management for OCD to medical trainees, and am actively involved in OCD-based research focusing on improving early detection and treatment outcomes.

I have significant experience treating thousands of patients with diverse cultural, social, and economic backgrounds in several different clinical settings including county and community programs at Los Angeles General Medical Center, LA County’s Department of Mental Health clinic, the VA systems, as well as academic/private/research institutions.
