Narrative of Services:

The vast majority of my practice is OCD/Anxiety and OCD Spectrum disorders. I use EPR with ACT and the inhibitory learning model. I have been working with clients on the anxiety spectrum including anxiety, depression, OCD, panic, tics and ASD for over 13 years. I have numerous trainings including the IOCDF’s BTTI intensive. I have extensive experience in CBT and am DBT informed. I also treat trauma induced OCD and am trained in EMDR (for trauma), EMDRIA approved but use ERP for OCD.

Facilities accessible by clients of all mobility levels: Yes

Training Description:

I have training from IOCDF’s BTTI lead by many of the leading researchers/therapists in the field and on the IOCDF’s Scientific and Clinical Advisory Board. Additionally, I have over 13 years experience working with ASD with co-morbid anxiety, depression, tics/tourettes and OCD. I use all evidence-based practices that I have been intensively trained in, including using ACT with ERP.

Diversity Statement:

As a Social Worker, I work with a culturally diverse population and find that my practice attracts clients with a wide variety of cultural backgrounds and sexual orientations. My practice is open to all as my training from Jane Addams College of Social Work at the University of Illinois, Chicago, focused on marginalized communities and at-risk populations.
