Selena C Snow PhD
I am the founder and director of The Snow Psychology Group, LLC, a group private practice that specializes in providing CBT services to adolescents (ages 12+) and adults with mood and anxiety disorders, including Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) to treat OCD. In addition to providing individual psychotherapy, I also conduct two CBT groups for depression and anxiety. Groups include a short-term skills based 14-week group that runs three times per year and an ongoing weekly Level II group for graduates of the 14-week group to continue their group work and practice implementing their tools and strategies with peer support.
I earned my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Maryland in 1999 and have many years of experience working with patients who present with a variety of psychiatric, medical, and neurological conditions. Doctoral training included externship at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Division of Medical Psychology and pre-doctoral fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine. I have completed advanced post-doctoral training in CBT, OCD, and ERP at the Beck Institute for CBT, Center for Treatment and Study of Anxiety (CTSA) at the University of Pennsylvania, and the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) of IOCDF.
