Narrative of Services:

In my practice, I provide individual, couples, and family therapy. I specialize in treating OCD and some related conditions, PTSD, social anxiety, general anxiety, phobias, and employ psychotherapy treatments that have been rigorously tested and backed by science. I also provide intensive treatment options for specific phobias and OCD. Over 90% of my private practice is devoted to treating OCD and related conditions

Advanced Training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy at the Beck Institute (Bala Cynwyd, PA); Advanced Training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) at the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (International OCD Foundation); Member, Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT); Lecturer, Part-Time in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School; Clinical Associate at McLean Hospital; former Psychology Consultant to Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital.

Diversity Statement:

Dr. Solodyna completed his postdoctoral fellowship in clinical community mental health and substance abuse at Seven Hills Behavioral Health, where he also worked as a staff clinician for five years. Graduate coursework in cultural competency was completed at Santa Clara University and William James College (formerly MSPP).
