At our practice, we specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults dealing with anxiety disorders, obbsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Our experienced clinicians use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as the foundation of treatment, with advanced training in exposure-based approaches like exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD, and executive functioning and behavioral interventions for ADHD. We also incorporate elements of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to support our clients in building resilience and achieving their goals.

I am a licensed clinical social worker who has been treating anxiety disorders and ADHD for 4 years. I am a beginner in treating OCD, however, I advanced training in OCD treatment from The OCD Training School and have purchased beginning level on-demand webinars from IOCDF.
