I provide exposure reponse prevention treatment for clients with OCD, specific phobias, emetephobia, and generalized anxiety disorder. 90% of my caseload is within these symptoms profiles, with 70% being OCD and specific phobias. I have offered services to clients with these profiles for 10 years, including experience with disordered eating.

I use exposure response prevention treatment in consideration with co-occuring disorders. I address the needs and symptoms of clients based on what is presenting the most distress to daily life. Different diagnoses and symptoms may lead to different challenges in daily living, so I will collaborate with clients to decide what to target when to provide them to the most relief.

I have treated clients with OCD for 10 years. I have engaged in various trainings through Rogers Behavioral Health, PESI, etc throughout this time. I have completed the BTTI Pediatric training and will have completed the full certification including consultation by April 2026.
