I provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents, offering both weekly and intensive treatment (2–3 times per week). With over seven years of focused experience, approximately 70% of my practice is dedicated to treating OCD and related disorders. I use evidence-based approaches, including ERP and ACT-informed models, and begin each case with a comprehensive psychological assessment to guide a personalized treatment plan. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in current research. I coordinate care with psychiatrists and medical providers when appropriate and welcome the complexity of co-occurring conditions to support meaningful, effective therapeutic growth.
I treat a range of co-occurring disorders, including OCD, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and related concerns like phobias and sleep issues. My treatment begins with a thorough assessment to understand your unique symptom profile. I then develop an individualized, evidence-based plan that prioritizes your specific needs. I focus on creating a safe, trusting environment where we collaboratively address multiple diagnoses and symptoms with tailored interventions. My approach embraces the complexity of co-occurring conditions to help you achieve meaningful, lasting progress toward your goals.
I specialize in treating OCD and related disorders using evidence-based approaches, including ERP, ACT-informed, and other third-wave models. I completed competitive clinical externships at Columbia University’s NYSPI, Montefiore’s Kennedy Center, The Center for Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy (CCBP), and The Anne Hutchinson School. I went on to complete an APA-accredited internship at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at CCBP specializing in OCD treatment. Throughout my training, I maintained a strong clinical focus on OCD and related conditions. I continue to engage in advanced workshops, consultation, and supervision to provide individualized, research-supported, compassionate, first rate-care.
It is important to me to provide care that is sensitive and responsive to the cultural, religious, racial, and individual identities of each client. I strive to create a respectful, inclusive therapeutic environment where diverse experiences are honored, and treatment is tailored to reflect each person’s unique background and values.
