Narrative of Services:
I have a private practice in Fair Oaks, California, and have specialized in treating anxiety disorders and OCD for over 25 years. I incorporate evidence-based techniques to maximize treatment outcomes and use quantitative measures to assess therapeutic progress. Approximately 90% of my practice is devoted to treating OCD and OCD Related disorders, with particular focus on “Pure O” (mainly obsessional) OCD. The number of individuals I have treated is estimated to be over 500. I work from a cognitive-behavioral/mindfulness model (CBT and ACT) and provide short term, exposure-based therapy with positive treatment outcomes.
Training Description:

I am a Licensed Psychologist and Board of Psychology Subject Matter Expert, specializing in OCD treatment for over 25 years. I was trained at the Center for Anxiety and Stress from 1997-2003. From 2004-2007, I launched an Anxiety Disorders Treatment Program at a non-profit organization, where I expanded the agency’s services to include individual therapy, groups, and psychoeducation for the treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD. Due to my efforts, the program received a sizeable grant that was used to treat children and adults suffering from anxiety and OCD.
