Narrative of Services:

My practice specializes in the treatment of OCD and eating disorders, with the majority of clients presenting with complex or co-occurring symptom profiles. I provide evidence-based, formulation-driven care supported by structured assessment and outcome monitoring. Services include individual therapy, executive-functioning coaching, meal support, caregiver involvement, and coordinated treatment with medical, psychiatric, and HAES-aligned nutritional providers. I also offer comprehensive, neuroaffirming Autism and ADHD evaluations to support accurate differential diagnosis. Care is delivered in person and via telehealth, with emphasis on continuity, clinical precision, and individualized intervention for clients with multifaceted presentations.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I am an eating disorder specialist and Certified Body Trust® Provider, and a significant portion of my caseload involves co-occurring OCD and eating-disorder presentations with high clinical complexity. Many clients are autistic and/or have ADHD, experience chronic illness, or present with PANS/PANDAS-related OCD. I also treat BDD and body-focused repetitive behaviors. I routinely manage high-acuity cases and can provide increased session frequency and wraparound support to reduce the need for higher levels of care. Treatment is structured around comprehensive differential and functional assessment, collaborative goal-setting, and coordinated care with medical providers and HAES-aligned dietitians to ensure consistent, evidence-based intervention.

Training Description:

My post-graduate training includes extensive work at Eating Recovery Center and The Renfrew Center, treating OCD, eating disorders, ARFID, and related conditions across Residential, PHP, and IOP levels of care. I have advanced training in ERP, I-CBT, ACT, MCT, SPACE, CBT-E, and the Unified Treatment, and am trained in both ComB and HRT for body-focused repetitive behaviors. I also completed specialized training in contextualized Autism and ADHD assessment, including structured qualitative interviewing and administration of core psychometric instruments. My work is additionally informed by lived experience with OCD and full eating-disorder recovery, enhancing attunement while remaining grounded in best-practice standards.

Diversity Statement:

As a queer, AuDHD clinician, much of my work centers individuals whose identities or lived experiences have been marginalized or misunderstood in traditional clinical settings. A significant portion of my practice consists of LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, and those navigating multiple intersecting identities, including chronic illness and disability. I prioritize culturally responsive, identity-affirming care that attends to the impact of stigma, structural inequity, and medical trauma. My clinical approach incorporates collaborative treatment planning, respect for autonomy, and neuroaffirming adaptations to ensure safety, accessibility, and inclusivity for clients who have historically experienced barriers to appropriate or affirming care.

My cultural competency training is grounded in graduate-level education, advanced clinical supervision, and ongoing continuing education focused on anti-oppressive, neuroaffirming, LGBTQIA+-affirming, and trauma-informed care. I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals, queer and trans clients, chronically ill and disabled populations, and those impacted by systemic barriers to care. My background in peer support, policy advocacy, and community-based mental health has further informed my understanding of structural inequities and culturally responsive practice. I engage in regular consultation and continuing education to ensure my clinical work remains aligned with current standards in culturally affirming, identity-attuned care.
