Narrative of Services:
The Center for Hope and Health offers compassionate, evidence-based care for adults and adolescents (12+). Our team specializes in treating OCD, PTSD, anxiety disorders, phobias, panic, eating disorders, body dysmorphic disorder, perfectionism, and body image concerns. Using the most effective, research-backed therapies, we help clients build skills, find relief, and move toward lasting change.
Training Description:
I have been treating OCD and related disorders at the Center for Hope & Health since 2021 and earned my PsyD in 2024 from PCOM. I completed the intensive training workshops in both ExRP for OCD and Prolonged Exposure for PTSD through the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety (CTSA) at the University of Pennsylvania. At the CTSA, I also received training in Habit Reversal Training for body-focused repetitive behaviors. I have also provided clinical and general trainings about OCD and anxiety for neighboring organizations and community groups.
Diversity Statement:
During my doctoral internship, I worked at a community mental health clinic through PCOM and in behavioral health through MainLine Health where I treated patients of all ages as well as across socioeconomic status and race. I have also worked with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, and I have experience differentiating between exploration of gender and sexual identity and obsessive doubts about identity when these arise as symptoms of OCD.
