Narrative of Services:

Over 50% of my practice focuses on treating OCD and related disorders. I have worked with more than 50 individuals presenting with OCD, BFRBs, and related conditions in my practice. My services include individual therapy grounded in ACT and ERP, tailored to the unique needs of each client. I currently work with adults, offering structured treatment plans, psychoeducation, and skills training. My approach emphasizes collaboration, flexibility, and evidence-based care to support long-term progress and symptom reduction.

Training Description:

I have over two years of clinical experience treating OCD and related disorders, with supervision and independent study in ACT, CBT, and ERP. I completed BFRB training through The TLC Foundation for BFRBs and have attended multiple OCD-focused workshops. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies, with an emphasis on ACT and ERP to support individualized treatment. I remain committed to ongoing professional development to deepen my expertise in OCD.

Diversity Statement:

I am a white man with experience providing culturally responsive care to diverse populations in both school and private practice settings. I have worked with individuals from a wide range of racial, ethnic, religious, and LGBTQIA+ backgrounds and strive to offer an affirming, inclusive therapeutic environment.

My training includes coursework, continuing education and consultation/supervision in cultural humility, systemic and structural influences on mental health, and inclusive clinical practices. I prioritize creating a safe, respectful space for clients to explore their identities, values, and life experiences as part of the healing process.
