I work with a spectrum of cases including anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, panic), couples, and maternal mental health with emphasis on anxiety, depression, and birth trauma. 5-10% of my caseload is OCD.

I attended BTTI training in 2023 and seek out additional trainings in CBT and ACT as well.
