Narrative of Services:
Approximately 75% of my current caseload consists of individuals coping with OCD and various forms of anxiety. I work collaboratively to help them face fears, tolerate uncertainty, and re-engage with life on their terms. Many of my clients have already explored self-help methods or previous therapy but now seek deeper support through a professional relationship.
While I’ve treated individuals with body-focused repetitive behaviors such as trichotillomania and skin picking, my primary focus and expertise lie in anxiety-related disorders. I strive to provide a space that is structured, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique journey.

Training Description:
As a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, I specialize in working with young adults navigating the challenges of OCD and Anxiety. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These tools allow me to support clients in building resilience, expanding psychological flexibility, and cultivating meaningful change – that they can carry with them throughout their lives.
Diversity Statement:
I am committed to supporting individuals from varied backgrounds, and believe in cultural humility and understanding.
