Narrative of Services:

I believe we all have the potential to transform limiting patterns into deeper self-connection, sustainable well-being, and a life rooted in values.

I offer research-informed and personalized treatment to adult clients (19+) with OCD and anxiety disorders. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and informed by other evidence-based models that emphasize mindfulness, acceptance, self-compassion, interpersonal connection, and emotion regulation.

My role is to provide a space where we can work collaboratively together to explore difficult issues with compassion and curiosity.

Appointments are available both in-person and virtually, and I welcome you to get in touch.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I have extensive experience supporting clients with conditions that often co-occur with OCD, such as perfectionism, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, depression, sleep disturbances, and relationship challenges.

Training Description:

My doctoral thesis focused on the interrelationship between OCD and GAD. I’ve also published in the area of OCD. Clinically, I received specialized training in treating OCD and related conditions during my practicum at the Anxiety Treatment and Research Clinic (St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton), and during my residency at the Anxiety Disorders Unit (UBC Hospital). At both sites, I offered individual and group treatments of OCD. Altogether, I bring over 20 years of experience supporting individuals living with OCD and related conditions.

Diversity Statement:

Having lived in different countries and cities, I’m genuinely interested in the unique stories, values, and experiences that shape who we are.

I’m committed to providing neuroaffirming, inclusive, and culturally sensitive care. I’m passionate about working with individuals who are navigating the complex intersections of cultural identity, family dynamics, and mental health.
