I am in private practice and the majority of my clients are dealing with reproductive mental health issues including perinatal OCD, infertility, pregnancy loss or trauma. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health and EMDR therapy, and am trained in ERP for the treatment of OCD.

I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health and have worked with this population for the last 20 years, and specifically Perinatal OCD since 2009 when I was trained. I was originally trained in the “traditional” CBT model of treatment of OCD and later was trained in Exposure and Response Prevention. I have taken numerous trainings on PMH in general over the last decades and taken available workshops when they have addressed Perinatal OCD.

The treatment I offer is through a social justice, multicultural lens, and is LGBTQ+ affirming. I am committed to my own anti-racist work and continuing my own learning throughout my lifetime, cultivating an open safe space for clients. I am privileged to work with clients from all backgrounds.

I regularly attend trainings with a multicultural lens, particularly around perinatal and maternal mental health and reproductive justice. As cultural humility is an ongoing journey of learning, I find this an important aspect of providing therapy.
