Narrative of Services:

My practice offers in-person and virtual therapy to adolescents, young adults, and adults diagnosed with anxiety disorders, OCD & other co-occurring disorders.

Between a third and a half of clients have OCD, and I have treated roughly 100 individuals.

Training Description:

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist & Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in West Los Angeles. I bring over a decade of experience from various mental health settings, including nonprofit community psychodynamic centers, adolescent & adult residential treatment centers, intensive outpatient programs, and supervise therapists in training. I offer comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals across all stages of life.

I utilize a relational approach, while drawing from several evidence based therapies and modalities including; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy & the Havening Technique.
