Training Description:

I have extensive experience helping people move beyond the cycles of OCD with structured, evidence-based treatment. During my training at Rutgers University, I pursued specialized supervision focused on advancing gold-standard ERP by integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles. This approach not only reduces anxiety but also builds the skills and momentum needed to spend more time, energy, and attention on what matters most.

My approach is collaborative, structured, and practical—focused on helping clients move steadily toward greater resilience, confidence, and meaningful life change.
